Strategic Waivers School System (SWSS)

Houston County is pursuing the Strategic Waivers School System (SWSS) Partnership Contract with the Georgia Department of Education and the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement. IE² will provide the district with greater flexibility as a means of increasing achievement. District and school-level student achievement goals will be determined and monitored on an annual basis at the school, local, and state levels.
