Safety and Security Completed

Upgrade CCTV Systems (security camera systems), Upgrade Fire Alarm Panels, Upgrade Security Systems, and Install Access Control at all schools that currently do not have access control. (18 Elementary, 4 Middle and 3 High Schools)

New Elementary School Completed

New elementary school located at 535 Thompson Mill Road.

Parking and Drive Upgrades Completed

Provide additional parking and improved parent drives at 11 campuses.

HVAC Upgrades Completed

Replace all mechanical units at 9 campuses.

Career Academy Roof Replacement Completed

Provide a new roof for the entire campus.

Competition Gyms Completed

New arena-style gym with over 2,000 seats for Houston County High, Northside High, Perry High, and Warner Robins High.

Auditorium Renovations Completed

Provide new seats, lighting, sound, and flooring to 4 high school auditoriums.

Northside High Completed 2018

Classroom addition to replace Tabor Middle facility.

Perry High Completed

Parking and Drainage Upgrades, Athletic Upgrades (Synthetic Turf & Track) and Reconstruct Canopy to Vocational Building

Veterans High Completed

Classroom addition to accommodating 700 FTE and new Athletic Multi-Purpose Facility.
