HVAC Upgrades

Complete October 2013

Upgrade Summary - Upgrade all HVAC units 18 years and older. New units are approximately 25% more efficient, noticeably quieter, and improve indoor air quality. New units will be equipped with energy management controls, that will further increase energy savings at the locations that receive upgrades.

Phase 1 Start Construction June 2012 - Complete October 2012
